Indicators of good growth potential.

The top indicators for growth potential are improving schools, roads with skips and plenty of planning applications. Also considered as important indicators are public transport getting more crowded, an increase in the number of traffic wardens and burglar alarms on more houses. Positive signs of a flourishing area are obvious signs of neighbourhood watch schemes, the availability of ethnic foods and thicker telephone directories.
